Dormition of the Theotokos: 27th August 2022 @ 6:30pm

The liturgy began with the athakist for the Theotokos. Metropolitan +Raffaele and Fr Mark sang beautifully during the Athakist.

Then the Divine Liturgy began - Fr Mark read from the Gospel about the apostles sisters, mothers and wives. Afterwards, Deacon Epiphanious also completed a reading.

The gifts were brought and blessed before the clergy took Holy Communion.

After communion was shared with the congregation, Metropolitan +Raffaele spoke of the importance of Mary as mother of all people.

After the liturgy, everyone shared agape.
