The Autonomous Orthodox Church of Western Europe and Canada – UOC (Ukrainian Orthodox Church) - PK (Patriarchate of Kyiv) is a Canonical (legitimate) Church which stems from the Patriarchal See of Elder Kyiv. Our Apostolic Succession comes from the Russian Orthodox Church.

We are thoroughly recognized by Orthodox Christendom. The Patriarchal Mandate of Mission bestowed us is precisely to bring the Ancient Faith back to the West which is in desperate need – her people being scattered within a state of fragmented Christianity!

HOLY APOSTLES

Based in Melbourne, the Holy Apostles: Metropolis of Australia and New Zealand exists via the pleasure of the Holy Spirit within the Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Patricachate of Kyiv and Archdiocese of Western Europe and Canada in order to re-establish Holy Orthodoxy amongst the people whose heritage stems from Elder Rome.

Our objective is to restore dignity and canonicity to a church that has forgotten the mindset of the apostles: to preach, teach and welcome people from all walks of life - becoming a true church for Australia and New Zealand within the Roman Orthodox tradition.
